Keolis Downer achieves record passenger satisfaction results in WA

Recently, our Client in Perth, Western Australia, conducted the annual bus Passenger Satisfaction Monitor. This independent annual survey has been running for over 20 years and surveys 2000 people over a 6 week period on all aspects of their passenger journey and experience.

This year Keolis Downer through the Operating entity Path Transit has been ranked number one in Overall Satisfaction with the Transperth bus system.

While presenting the outcomes back to the staff, the State Manager for Keolis Downer, James Edmiston has indicated “this is the first time Path Transit has been ranked number one on this measure. With key projects delivered in 2017/18 and staff on all levels pushing to be better it is a recognition of the hard work of many that our Kalamunda contact at 93% is the highest performing contract area in Perth and with our other contract, Morley recording 91% we are leading the way in WA. I am indebted to our staff for this result, within an operation of our size having over 750 employees, no one person can achieve this result it takes everyone doing their bit, so well done to you all.”
